#1.) During the Fall of 2019 I was back on the football field as a coach for the South Kamloops Titans senior football team. We ended up having a successful season going 6 wins and 3 loses. We were fortunate to host the first home playoff game in Kamloops since 2010, where we were defeated in an absolute blast of a game 9 – 7 by Robert Bateman. I had five all-star players come from my position group. (Pictured Below)

#2.) During the spring of 2019 I spent a few days each week in a strength and conditioning class at Norkam Secondary. I worked closely with the teacher Todd Graham designing programs for students and personally training with them. We focused on the basics of weightlifting and putting together routines for students to develop those skills. I also worked with the spring basketball team at this time and put together programs to develop leg strength and ultimately giving them the ability to increase their vertical jump.

#3.) Another activity for during the Spring of 2019 was the inaugural season and the return of the Kamloops Flag Football League. I played with a team called ‘The Replacements’ An we managed to go undefeated strolling to a league championship. (Pictured Below)

#4.) When I am not coaching, working on school, or trying to help my family run a successful business. You can find me at Heavy Metal Gym on the Northshore of Kamloops. Training to be in the best shape of my life. I believe that health and fitness are an investment that people can make that gets overlooked every single day. People like to focus on the things they do NOT have and worry about financial investments or things of that nature. When the cheapest investment that a person can make is in there mental and physical health. It costs nothing to get up and go for a walk every morning. It is free to not eat that bag of chips and opt for a healthy alternative. That unhealthy lifestyle will lead to expensive problems later in life. Problems that put a person in a bad spot and could steel crucial years from a person and their family.
